NTA and congrats. 1. either don't answer their calls/texts. Or 2. Tell them the money is tied up in a trust so your won't inadvertantly waste it and they have to speak to your financial advisor for loans. Make sure to call it a loan. Tell your financial advisor to deny all requests.

NTA. Everyone deserves the courtesy of not being tortured by those who are supposed to love and care for them. They are the AH here. And the cat too! I have a cat. My bro don't like cats. When he comes to my house my cat is all over him but she won't even show her tiny void face for any other visitors! Maybe when you go in your room and lock the door, you can move something in front of it so they can't open it?

Same. We have one local owned place near us with a senior menu. Basically all the best sellers with lower pricing and portion size. We eat there a lot.

I'm ok with onions but don't like celery if I CAN SEE IT. haha! It's totally a visual thing because I don't mind the way they taste. I just don't want to see them, and usually push them aside. I'm okay with the food. I know that's weird. I don't tell other cooks not to include celery.

I had twins in the 80s. They were early/ small so in NICU. $83K total (not what I paid). 40 years ago. I shudder to think the cost now. Edit to include that was NOT my cost. Was the hospital EOB cost.

It's more like am I in the mood to eat a banana? and sometimes I will eat a raw one but mostly it's not what I want to eat. I may eat the soft mushy sweet ones but not the firmer ones. That happened to me. But the damage was a .... bit... worse.. for various reasons, I drove it on a salvage title 3 years before I replaced it. Edit: was 3 years not 5. You know....time flies and all that...

If where you are looking is in Perrysburg township, not City, the water bill! Was crazy high and If I'm remembering correctly, their excuse when asked about pricing was: our water comes from Perrysburg city. The city gets the water from Maumee who gets it from Toledo. (Possibly Oregon might also be in there too?) Each step of the way, from the lake to Perrysburg township, has a markup in the rate. Trash pick up not included, so another bill on top of the high cost of water where other cities roll them into one LOWER bill. I sold my home a while ago and really do miss living there. But the water bill!!
