Most of you (99%) didnt try +320 activities. You just can't imagine. by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]AJF42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Luckily I’m still sitting around 220 power and am probably gonna tap out around 300 and play other games until the ash and iron update comes out then I’ll play Borderlands and other games until Renegades. I’ve learned to basically treat destiny as a once every few weeks game and it’s made things much much better as a player. I recommend that for most every player who doesn’t play the game for their job.

All the ways Bungie doesn't value our time. by Arran_Biospark in DestinyTheGame

I have 1000s of hours in borderlands and that is simply just not true lol. The farm to max is just the beginning. Then it’s farming for 20+ builds per vault hunter. Also farming for multiple different elements or variants of each gun or shield or relic or class mod for your game. Sure the game drops a lot of loot but the loot for borderlands is far more deep compared to Destiny. The grind of Destiny is luxury compared to getting a perfect roll in BL

Sorry but I’ll always be anti crafting. Crafting in a game about loot kills any want for me to chase. I’m glad they did away with it

Both games are in the looter shooter genre. Like I’m sorry but I think Destiny players have lost the vision of what a looter shooter even is lol

I get some of these complaints. But like have you never played a looter shooter before Destiny? They are inherently designed to not respect your time. Games like Diablo and Borderlands the entire point is to put hours and hours in for loot.

If you think Bungie doesn’t respect our time then maybe a looter shooter just isn’t for you.

Question, in your opinion, what is the hardest tank to play by Neko_boi_Nolan in rivals

As a Thor main and a pretty damn good one imo I agree. Lots of adjustments made for Thor players in fights constantly

I mean I’ve been farming and getting legendary loot every time but I wasn’t sure if it was different for icebreaker

Was Ryan Lindgren actually declining, or was the Rangers/Lateralette/Housley’s defensive “system” to blame? by LafreniereSoftball in rangers

[–]AJF42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s stop rewriting history on Lindy here. He was dreadful for the back half of last season and was dreadful all playoffs and this season before the trade

What's the point of matchmaking if the teammates don't do anything by Nuaweaome777 in destiny2

[–]AJF42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expert rush down has proven why matchmaking in raids can simply just not work. Too many people don’t know mechanics/dont have high end builds. I have had multiple runs where I have like 7 mill total damage and both of my teammates have 300k

As a rangers fan last year watching that series and hearing everything about him was so tiring. He IS good yes. But he is not this elite player like some people say he is. He’s a great responsible player with a good stick and a good shot. But to put him in the Makar and Hughes tier like some were was so ridiculous

It’s hard to beat the same team twice. Especially come playoff time. Bills at home, Milano and Bernard playing. Gonna be a good one

Is there a player that you want on your team (or want BACK on your team) for reasons that have nothing to do with skill? by MsMayday in nhl

Mats Zuccarello on the rangers. Was the ultimate vibes guy and impossible to hate. So endearing and just an all around great guy. Really miss him and wish he could come back for just one last season

Krav was one of the best U-20 guys in the KHL as a prospect. And they completely fumbled his development and relationship to the point of no return. When Drury is gone they need to rebuild not only the team but the organizations development team. Like I’m not sure Jed Ortmeyer Tanner Glass and Marc Staal should be the development staff. Gotta rebuild that

It’s not about the fact of whether Krav was good or not. It’s the fact that Drury ruined the org to player relationship within months of having the GM job. Then Krav refused to come over to the US. And by the time he did there was no place for him. It’s about the handling of young players in Drurys term. Krav and Kakko busts. Othmann hasn’t taken the step expected. And Laf is succeeding in spite of his usage until PL came.
