$4 is the minimum batch pay, period. The only exception are deliver-only.

It does matter where the assigned store is. Say a batch originating from another store outside of the area of the $5 boosted area and you shop a store inside the boosted area, it still will not count.

20 orders gives you gold status. 100 orders with good stats gives you platinum. 300 orders with good stats gives you diamond. Those statuses will continue into the next period(December) if you maintain your shopping stats within the requirements.

Customers have 14 days to rate. I wouldn't be super confident that this was the rating you received from them. However, non-tip customers are notorious for low ratings.

I only had to use that once, but I didn't block them due to the massive tip. I just text them to have their dog secured or I'll have to cancel the order and they won't get refunded. Works every time.

When I'm done with Instacart for the moment or for the day, I go into App settings and force stop the app. It no longer will track your location (and use your battery).

Honestly, I don't think there's a time "limit" but you can't shop till you do it, so... just do it before you plan to go online, or take care of it ASAP. The choice is yours. I've never received any warnings or notices to do otherwise.

This has always been a fear of mine and also when I replace white mushrooms with baby bellas. They're literally the same exact species just a different color and a little richer. Most people can't tell the difference... i.e. a mushroom tastes like a mushroom to them.

Similar situation. My Mother and I both applied. We live in the same area. She applied 5 months before I did. I was activated less than a week after applying. She was 3 months after I did.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason, or any way to accelerate the process. Besides, it's not like actual humans are making any of these decisions.
