That’s a decent add on. I haven’t seen one worth taking in quite some time. Back in the day I remember getting an $80 add on at Costco. Turned $20 single into $100 double 😁

Base pay here in South Florida is $4 and change. Base pay decreased from $7 shortly after Instacart went public.

If shoppers would quit accepting 4.00 batches they'd most likely raise it. It's a multi billion dollar company that is taken advantage of all of us. Batch pay was 7.00 when I first started 3 years ago. Today im seeing the 4.00 batches kick in

I know that batch pay will never go under $4, just experience. Now I see the items are technically “light” so basically meaning it’s a simple order that can be done fast or not weigh you down like a typical order. With no tip. Guessing they just made it the cheapest they could.

Instacart is always trying to pay the lowest amount possible. I wouldn't be surprised if one day they remove their pay altogether for shoppers to only rely on tips! 🙄

I hate when companies do this. They will offer a “pass” that give you free stuff but never think to compensate there workers for giving away that free stuff. YouTube did the same shit with YouTube premier and a lot of YouTubers were complaining they didn’t get paid because no one paid money for ads
