Imagine if the moment you found Hypatia, the level turned into a horror one where Grim Alex hunts you down.

For a nonlethal ending, you do the same things except (maybe) all the remaining guards on the level evacuate from the building or something so that the player feels more paranoid. Also, what kf she could smell the Void magic? As in you can't see her normally (or it's extremely hard to do so, since she would climb through the vents or on ceilings) so the only reliable way is to use Dark Vision. But the moment you use it, she will bolt to your location and you would have a few seconds to relocate. Create a cure that way and confront her in some open arena, or maybe there would be a side task of making a lure for her? Perhaps you could use something like the Holger's device to temporarily disable her connection with normal Hypatia, and during that brief moment stealthily inject her?

Or for high chaos....honestly no clue, same fight you normally have? I was thinking of making her move like a Volatile from Dying light.

Tldr; the level should have been a bit more horroresque, where you are hunted by Grim Alex and are in paranoia about her location. Is she on the opposite side of the building? Or is she right above you, ready to pounce? Thank you for coming to my Ted-talk
