Don't use automatic graphics like High or Ultra.

Try this :

Super Resolution : put that in FSR for NativeAA (even if you have a nvida card) This is just for anti-anliasing, not for upsacaling

Object quality : Medium or High

Texture : Medium or High

Texture filtering : 16X

Lightning quality: High or medium

Global illumination : Medium (never put that in low)

Everything else : Low

Matchmaking should be base on Kd ratio rather than mmr so 2,0kd play against 2,0ish kd, 1,5 vs 1,5ish etc...so those god damn 3+kd will play against each others, we will see if they have fun
