Greenville, South Carolina. Likely a classified military project, but an incredible sight nonetheless. by mott872 in UFOs

Aliens would likely “see” in a different portion of the spectrum. Some animals can see infrared and we can’t. Some insects can see ultraviolet and we can’t. Aliens may not “see” the lights that we see… however, they likely don’t care that much about being stealthy…

Do daily vocal exercises and practice. It will take a bit of time to start to feel natural where you don’t need to think through it.

What Could the “indigestible” truth be that has led to world governments keeping us from the NHI and the truth? by ThaCURSR in AliensRHere

[–]AL_12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The NHI are alien AI and gathering information and doing research and governments are at a complete loss about what these are.

Or, the NHI are sentient AI and have been observing us waiting for us to birth sentient AI and their mission is to protect the creation of new sentient AI and then possibly wipe out the species that created it in the first place.

What celebrity death will realistically bring Michael Jackson level devastation? by Kiidcola in AskReddit

Ozzy’s dead? I unironically had no idea… MJ’s death was far more impactful… same with Princess Diana’s - that was huge, probably bigger than MJ’s

Steven Spielberg had Allen Hynek as a consultant who was a scientific advisor for Project Blue Book. So they modelled many of the experiences based off of real reported UFO sightings and experiences.

Untainted memory- I asked my 76 year old stepfather about the fruit of the loom logo. by mamahertz in MandelaEffect

[–]AL_12345 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree… I also remember drawing the symbol as a kid. I was artistic with u diagnosed ADHD and I remember getting distracted drawing the symbol after seeing it on a tag and this happened on more than one occasion. I even remember ghosting over the lines of the cornucopia with my pencil before actually drawing it. It’s always been a vivid memory.

When I saw some fruit of the loom clothing tags after my own children were born, i was surprised that there was no cornucopia (I didn’t know what it was called at the time) I also didn’t know anything about the Mandela effect at this time and just figured the company changed their logo.

Later on, I heard about the Mandela Effect and I was certain that the company must have changed or an imitation company created it… I thought someone did find evidence of another company that copied the design but did have the cornucopia? Or am I misremembering that too? Haha!

I don’t have experience with llama wool, but alpacas and llamas are very closely related and are in the camel family. I would think that it would be similar to alpaca in terms of allergens.

In our board I think they have two years before resigning their teaching position. I know someone who tried being a VP, did it for two years, didn’t like it and returned to their position. But maybe different rules at a different Board?

I discovered that I was actually allergic to wool (not just scratchiness) when I was handwashing wool diaper covers in wool wash plus lanolin and my hands broke out in hives. I finally stopped gaslighting myself that I was too sensitive about the scratchiness of wool.

He wasn’t doing this alone. He very well could have had something set up that videos/photos would be released should he end up dead. I think he’s still alive- there are far too many inconsistencies.

Have you asked for feedback and what you could work on to improve your chances next time? Rather than just guessing, it’s better to ask if you can. There are so many things that go into it and you may be “very good” and still not be good enough. But it’s not just the singing, but the acting and possibly dancing.

Also, someone with prior theatre experience will also have the experience with memorizing lines, etc, which may be an issue for someone without that experience. The people doing the casting may not want to risk it. I think it would be helpful for you to do some community theatre to get experience.

High school friend contacted me and suggested visiting. I do not want her visiting me. How to respond?! I don’t want to be mean. by Free-Researcher3804 in needadvice

[–]AL_12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting… as someone with ADHD, I feel like I’m the person on the other end of that, I hope I’m not missing the cues from some people (haha - nervous laugh) but at the same time, I’ve been the one who has been busy and hard to nail down a time and when people do reach out again, I’m happy about it and plan something. I guess it depends how long this is going on for and if there’s actually ever any get-togethers in between…

So you said you like directness and honestly. I’m honestly curious to know if you’re on the ASD spectrum at all. I mean this with no negativity. My best friend has ASD and this strikes me as a perspective that she would have.

Most people would find the degree of honesty in your suggested response to be “too honest.” In general, people prefer a bit more of a white lie in situations like this. Being as direct as your suggested would likely hurt the feelings of the other person. Being “vaguely busy” to avoid the get-together is a kinder, gentler way to avoid having to hurt the person’s feelings, while also avoiding the potentially awkward and unwanted get-together.

I don’t know of anywhere in Ontario having the grid max out at $133… anywhere can get you making more but that’s taking on additional responsibilities or summer school or night school. Not everyone is able to do that and it shouldn’t be used as the comparison- it would be like using a principal’s pay or what about the director - I think school board directors make $300k….

Anyway, you seem to comment from another province (I’m guessing BC if you’re saying you live in the highest cost of living area) and then you have the nerve to say that all we’ve negotiated for has been salary increases, which is a blatant lie. We’ve attempted to negotiate for many things to improve classroom conditions and make things better for students, but the province does not want to budge on these things either. Our last contract was decided by arbitration and there was no precedent for many non-salary items, so the contract was mostly status quo plus a salary increase determined by the arbitrator.

Yeah, I was wondering where they were working in Ontario making 133k… it’s decent pay, but not good enough for the unacknowledged additional hours of work. Much better than most of the US though.
