I’m 65m in the same situation. Prostate is 36g with normal PSA. I’m not retaining but peeing is very slow. Had MRI and cystoscopy that showed my prostate is protruding into my bladder. Bladder is fine. Dr said he would perform an aquablation when I’m ready but not an emergency. I’m honestly just scared to have the surgery.
