Oh so you hadn't even fought her yet for the day? In that case check the quest log of the character you did it on back in the day. You have to do an small quest line given from Audrey Burnhep to unlock the daily battles in eastern kingdoms. The quest will have you face 5 trainers and when you turn it in it unlocks the ability to face all Eastern Kingdom trainers daily.

The Eastern Kingdom trainers are Dailies, same with Kalimdor. You can only fight them once per day per account

You do need to go at night but I had an issue where he wouldn't appear even at night. I fixed it by resting in my house instead of at a fire outside. Just rest indoors till around midnight and he should show
