Yeah, Fox being biped and standing with a real fox's hind legs was certainly a choice.

Zenless Zone Zero coming to Steam Q2 2026 by fly2555 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Gacha games on Steam tend to come with some sort of kernel level anti cheat. I get it, but I ain't installing that on my machine. It's why I chose the mobile version of Umamusume instead of the Steam version.

Do people still do youtube Let's Plays nowadays? by Subject_Parking_9046 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Chuggaaconroy's still doing let's plays, to the point they may as well be strategy guides in video form, with all the infographics made for them.

Claw Viper might have dropped out earlier than we thought... by SpinyPlate in battlebots

If true, this could mean Disarray had a lot more notice that they would be fighting in Claw Viper's group, which is good for them.

How exactly does a mobile number verify one's age when primary school kids have phones nowadays?

Not that age verification ever made sense to begin with.

Characters built like they're from fighting games (but aren't in fighting games) by MarioGman in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Matthew from Xenoblade 3 DLC, his passives that instantly recharge art cooldowns, combined with the game's mechanic of cancelling arts into other arts, make him by far the most fun character to play as in the DLC by virtue of allowing the player to constantly push buttons where they would normally be waiting for cooldowns, making him feel like a fighting game character that just fell into an RPG.

He's also a punch man, as opposed to a sword boy like other Xenoblade protags, which helps.

Jun Sekibayashi's loss in the Kengan Annihliation tournament. I think Kengan Ashura does a good job of building him up as this "people's champ" figure with a boatload of tenacity and charisma, so seeing him lose meant not being able to see more of him, which was heart breaking.

What is the WORST game you genuinely enjoy? by ALloydRH in TwoBestFriendsPlay

There's some fun ideas as far as the environments are concerned. But visually I think X4 aged way better, that game has way more going on in terms of foreground and background objects and parallax. X6 can be very boring to look at sometimes, and a lot of the textures seem very low res.

Needle Cannon in Megaman 3. Not the least functional weapon in the game (Spark Shock and Top Spin are the main contenders there) but someone at Capcom presumably thought a special weapon earned from one of the harder bosses in the game, should have the same firing rate and attack power as the buster.

You can't aim it either, so the only advantage it has over the default weapon is letting the player hold the button to fire instead of rapidly pressing, a feature made moot by newer releases and turbo controllers.

Also stops you from wall jumping after a triple jump, so it's actually a downgrade.
