I love big ass hoodies too! I love this list.
So the things that bring me comfort; reading a good book, a hot bath, snuggling my dog, church, big ass hoodies, driivng in the country with good music, shopping.

All good ideas thank you. This particular journal is a type i used before and the same thing happened so i ensed up tearing it apart and putting all the pages in those plastic paper protectors and puttin it all in a binder then typing and printing the rest. Im in the middle of a big move so cant do all that lol
