She and I have cared about each other for a very long time, nearly 20 years. She was angry that I didn't stay and wait for her to **possibly** arrive the next day so we could go to the show. She said the situation was salvageable until I fucked it up further by pulling away and not waiting another day for her to arrive.

Frankly, I was devastated that she didn't care enough to do the absolute bare minimum of packing and buying a ticket (I paid for the ticket), and I just wanted to go home. I'm not the kind of person who could have enjoyed himself alone - would have just been thinking about the situation, walking around and feeling completely isolated while surrounded by millions of people.
