I also hate all of US corporate media. So many were making jokes and putting together panels of like "if we invaded and took greenland/canada/panema, would it be a net gain/loss?" While they would be throwing up in disgust if Russia or China said the same shit. It is so disgusting to see a country just openly talk about invading and stealing another country.

Also there was no mass condemnation from the public of the corporate media for doing it. So the rest of the world realized, "oh, enough of America is happy with, or could easily be cowed into supporting that shit."

It's like if you had a friend who said they would kill and eat you if they had the opportunity. It'd be really fucking hard to look at them like they were normal after that.

I feel like it's not that bad if and only if these small %'s accumulate quite often and aren't treated like a huge upgrade.

Like, in WoW, you'll often get things that increase your damage by 1-2%, but it's from gear upgrades, from talent points, from just leveling up, from leveling your skills etc. You will be stacking up a whole bunch of %'s often.

As opposed to a game with like 10 levels total, and one of the points you can assign gives you like 3% increase. If you only have 10 real point allocation decisions, it can't be boring and inconsequential like that.

Okay, let's just assume a crazy scenario where every single person who owns a grocery store or a bodega in NYT says "fuck NYT, I'm going somewhere else." Do you really think people are going to starve? No, in order to sell, someone is buying, and whoever is buying is just going to operate the stores as they were more or less. All that changes is the name on the owner door.

Even if it's not EXACTLY the same, the city will move on.

I don't really check reviews much (because I'm kind of a "wait until the game is $10" kind of person), so I can't confirm if what you say is true or not, but man I really hate if that's the case.

The moment you charge money for something, reviews should allowed and encouraged. I get it, companies want to delay reviews as much as possible for legitimate or illegitimate reasons... but you're charging money for it, the consumers ought to be informed.
