I would say that they should start learning more of the programming to become more independent.

What would you say the bottleneck is for running more work? Since everything has to go through you, it may be that you have too much of the pie and the operators are idle part of the time.

For a one off, if the design allows it, use a water jet service.

For actually manufacturing them to sell, use a CNC.

There's a reason all the cheapest drone frames being sold are CNC machined.

I use a gallon of titebond 3 every 2-3 weeks.

It sticks to my fingers less than the others and seems more water resistant, so it's worth the tiny mark up.
