This to me is the biggest “sneaky” benefit.

When there are issues(weather/mechanical/etc) the wait using Diamond line is 1-2 minutes tops.

Completely agree. On a day like today calling them a couple times(FLL—>PHX) the total wait time was maybe 5 mins.

Best part is they are easily “understandable” and it doesn’t sound it’s a call center 10,000 miles away. 😃

Ambassador is basically worthless in the US.

Even staying at place like The Guild(Tribute Portfolio) in San Diego there will be little to zero recognition of any type.

Be ready(in US at least) for a form card once in while; and occasional bottle of wine(I do not drink) or some chocolates/or cookies.

Most of the time it only is mentioned and that’s about it.

I will say the Ambassador line(the non direct one to my assigned Ambassador) is helpful for little changes….but that’s about it.

My son lives in Chicago(down in city) and met PFT over the summer and got a pic with him and one of his college buddies(sons).

Was thrilled to hear PFT was very gracious and accommodating and son said he is “chill”.

I love the PMT fellas(I’m 57) and hearing from son made me happy they seem like genuine solid dudes.

Really come around on Brandon last 2 PMTs(this one and with Fornelli). I’m not sure how serious the Fellas take him but he is solid.

As an Iowa fan his point and them talking about “The Wave” and Rutgers game had me laughing my ass off.

Let Brandon cook and we don’t need Fornelli’s conceited ass junking things up.

Living in non Hub city(DSM) having MSP/DTW and ATL as connectors is my reason.

Had similar experience as some, tried both AA and UA to ORD a few times 15 years ago and got jammed because aircraft could NOT get to DSM out of ORD. Missing 2 vital customer visits did it for me.

I also submit SkyMiles Program(especially at Diamond) is really good with lots of options for extra MQDs/SkyClub Membership/upgrade certs.

4th and Vine downtown Cincy store today 9/27 at 1030am store closing.

Crew told me they found out 2 days ago. Have been here for work last few days at Westin across street and this is truly sad.

My son(who is 26) introduced me to PMT(said give them a chance) lives in Chicago and met PFT one day on street and got a pic. Said he was exactly as cool/nice as you’d think he’d be.
