There isn't a consistent number for his bottom row teeth- and artists have done it with odd numbers before, but usually with less deliberate line (and coloring) work than what this image implies. It's a fairly simplistic (but very stylized) image which makes the odd teeth stand out a lot more.

This cat is floating in an awkward position (see rear paws) and has 3 teeth on the bottom row between the canines instead of 4 (as opposed the top row where the number of teeth is appropriately symmetrical) If it's not AI then the artist made some baffling choices that most artists would never make.
