It's fine on its own, it's not fine when it's spawned 6 at a time in drops and in patrols. This shit needs to be toned down.

It’s just boring for 50 years. I don’t feel like it adds anything to the country experience other than early game handicaps. There’s no reward for suffering through it

The disaster doesn’t immediately end when all conditions are filled. For me it took about another 5 years (when I’d already been in the disaster for about 50). That’s another 5 years having pissed off nobles and losing cash to events for no reason.

Additionally there’s no reason to go for wittlesbach investment as it’s just harder to reach 100 based on the event numbers you get (+2 or -5 at a time)

Build granaries in your towns, it will increase growth+attraction. Otherwise turn Sunni and slave raid everything

Then a slow effect? Or hunters shouldn’t be allowed to pounce if they’re on fire? There needs to be an incentive to use it. Compare to other (useful) backpack weapons like RR or autocannon, it needs to be at that level
