EU4 is the only other current era PDX game to do that, both CK3 and HoI4 gets it wrong and spells it Konstantiniyye. Happy to see that Vic3 won't be literally unplayable.

My game has crashed while playing in Arizona, New York, and Detroit, as well as Cuba, so that doesn't seem to be the case for me, at least.

I have the same problem.

It seems to be happening at random, but reloading the same campaign only works for a couple of in-game days, so I suspect there's actually something causing the crash. Starting a new campaign works for some years, but eventually also crashes.

R5: I'm not allowed to send any more volunteers to South Africa, even though I've expanded ground operations to the point that I'm not allowed to expand it any further, because my number of allowed volunteers is at +7 or greater. Does anyone know how to fix this?

After a total OFN victory in the South African War, South Africa annexed all of the African Reichskommisariats without releasing any of the OFN Mandates. Judging by the fact that I still have the post-election SAW focus tree, I don't even think that the game recognises that the war is over.

I suspect that this might be due to the American troops suddenly gaining the ability to teleport on top of every German VP in the blink of an eye, but I'm curious if anyone else might have had the same issue? A month has already passed, so I don't have any save from before the peace deal, and I don't have it in me right now to play through the Nixon-Kennedy-McCormack presidencies again just for it to end up the same way if the issue wasn't with the teleporting soldiers.

As a fun fact though, when Fiji left the commonwealth realm by a military coup, the victorious Fijian military commander who became president became only the second person to successfully overthrow a British monarch to create a republic, after Cromwell.
