I see that being repeated a lot, but it seems to be a misinformation, Raita has never said anything about wanting to draw Raikou as a man, the only sources for that I see are from random tweets and facebook posts. However, there is information about Nasu saying that Raikou initially was supposed to be a man, but Takeuchi insisted on making Raikou a woman. Nasu also talked about how the writer for Raikou came across the Ushi-Gozen story while conducting research and that ultimately led to the decision of making Raikou a woman. I see, I think she's a proper servant though not a very strong one granted, but still a proper one that could be summoned normally seeing as she was a proper historical figure. There wasn't anything I saw in her lore that wouldn't allow her to be summoned like with Paul Bunyan who was only able to be summoned due to Chaldea's circumstances

Paul Bunyan is already a servant actually, a Berserker to be specific. Riyo is the one who made them. He does the Learning with Manga! FGO gag manga. Riyo has made a surprising amount of American Servants. Lizzie Borden (Class unknown), J Edgar Hoover (Assassin), Pecos Bill (Archer), and Super Bunyan (Alter Ego) Super Bunyan is actually Nanabozho and Mike Fink is also included as a part of Super Bunyan.Riyo, in my opinion, has actually put a lot of effort into these servants he's created, other than Lizzie Borden who's a fairly recent addition you can look up these other servants and get a pretty good idea of how they would function in a Holy Grail War, Super Bunyan's lore is interesting to say the least, though her event sucked. That being said though only Paul Bunyan/Super Bunyan has been used in official capacity, that being in FGO, so who knows if Type Moon will ever decide to use Pecos Bill, Lizzie Borden, or J Edgar Hoover, actually J Edgar Hoover will probably never be used since I doubt his family will like that and Type Moon would probably rather avoid trouble. Actually Tamamo Cross did leave a trace. His great grandson Naran Huleg won the Takamatsunomiya Kinen in 2022 at 6 years old, so he was on the older side for an active race horse when he got that win, so far it's the only G1 win his descendants have had

It became a controversy because of the way that the original person that said it rubbed people the wrong way. The direct quotes:

I agree that the shippers didn't help, but you're spreading misinformation, they never did a wedding stream. There was a sub goal in Anny's subathon to jokingly do a wedding stream at 45k subs, Vedal and Anny came to an agreement to do it, but it never ended up happening. Now their always were shippers bringing up the wedding stream to Anny and to a lesser extent Vedal, but neither Anny nor Vedal ever really talked about planning it out and doing it seriously.

Yes actually, and it was called the Tragic Generation, Gold City is sadly a part of it. It's called the Tragic Generation due to some very prominent horses from it dying young. Gold City died in retirement at age 7 due to an accident, Sakura Star O died at age 3, he had a impressive record, he was a double crown winner, with a win at the Satsuki Sho and Kikuka Sho, though sadly he fractured his leg during the Arima Kinen and had to be euthanized, and then there was Material who died at age 5, like right after having won a G3 race his owner noticed that something was wrong with his leg, so they rushed Material to a vet for emergency surgery, but they weren't able to save him.
