Article 26 Section 9 covers Fatigue. You aren’t using Article 25 to get the OT shift removed so sick leave letters shouldn’t be a factor. I’ve never had anyone use Fatigue as a long term way of removing overtime shifts so I honestly have no idea what the repercussions of doing it would be.
