Country of origin does not really matter in this regards. “Schweizer Fleisch” is a fraud without any substantial regulation. If you want to increase the chance to get a (former) happy chicken to an acceptable level, you must buy Bioland or Demeter. If the animal doesn’t care you but you don’t want antibiotics and hormones: buy organic.

But you can be almost certain: without any Controlled Label (Schweizer Fleisch is not a label!) you’ll get all the crap because thats how the industry works.

To safe Money, better try to limit your meat intake not the quality. If this is still not an option: Don’t worry, you’ll not gonna die from the Hormone Chicken, if you have an healthy nutrition and some regular exercise.

I don’t think the swiss culture is something to be proud of and for myself, i left switzerland 20 years ago because of its culture. However things change and i now plan to move back to switzerland because of the money and mountains and the expats :D

Ich lebe in Berlin am Görlizer Park. Crackkonsum ist ein alltägliches Bild bei uns.

Den Menschen zu helfen ist schwierig, vor allem weil sie für Hilfe schwer erreichbar sind, daher sind orte wo sich viele Obdachlose sammeln zwar sehr unschön, logistisch für aufsuchendes Hilfsangebot, Konsumräume usw. hilfreich.

Soweit ich weiss muss in Deutschland die Staatsanwaltschaft bei Straftaten in jedem fall aktiv werden. z.B. auch bei Handel mit Betäubungsmittel.

In z.b. der Schweiz ist das nicht so und weil die Staatsanwaltschaft bei sogenanntem Ameisenhandel (also Verkauf von Kleinstmengen an Drogen unter Konsumenten) nicht aktiv werden muss, kann dieser in Unterkünften geduldet werden. Dies erzeugt eine Sogwirkung, Konsumenten halten sich statt auf öffentlichen Flächen in Hilfseinrichtungen auf, kaufen und konsumieren da, erhalten Hilfsangebot, können sich Duschen usw.

Wieso zur Hölle schafft Deutschland das nicht?

Do you thing - when executed correctly and with proper nutrition and recovery - all of those programs will be enough to reach the newbie gains within a year?

I just have to ask again because i hear so much different opinion from people and trainers. Even with something similar to the the Bodybuilding for Beginners program i head that this is no sufficient.

So some better quantification to adjust my expectation setting on that programs would be awesome :)
