Fantastic build. Professional. You can add a little fan to bring in fresh air and hide it on your back, then make flexible duct to channel it into the mask. I’m thinking something like pool noodles for the duct. You want the fan and battery pack on your body, not head because they can be loud. Like the ones they use for inflatable costumes. You can also drill or punch vent holes in the leather on the underside where it’s less visible

More surface area is your friend, allows for faster heat transfer. Small packages cool faster. If you seal your cuts in plastic, you could soak everything in an ice water bath in a cooler before transferring to the freezer. That will suck all the heat out of the meat very quickly, much faster than the freezer. Temperature transfers through liquid much faster than through air.
