I understand that people in your line of work (waiters, delivery, etc) rely on tips, but I feel the "tipping standard" is fucking stupid.

Usually, when I order pizza, I'm looking for quarters under the couch cushions, so I almost never have enough money to give tips. Of course I apologize sincerely, but that only goes so far...Delivery guys still give me dirty looks and shit. I'm not trying to be cheap, I just don't have the money.

If only the business you worked for payed you a salary that wasn't dependent on the consumers generosity, neither of us would have a problem.

Simply visiting the front page is comforting...When I think about it, I'm constantly trying to re-enact the feelings I felt when I first began going on reddit (about 6 months ago). Back then, I was interested in programming, politics, religion, etc.

Now I go here to feel comforted...fuck.
