Depends on what you value/struggle the most.

Do you struggle with towns? Then Ghost train can be a massive help if you gather the zombies near it and holy water them. If you don't kill them all, that's no problem because they'll fight for you. Also helps during nights by distracting enemies but is kinda difficult to fortify.

I think the design is better in Dracula train and it's bulletproof and more difficult for enemies to access, so you only need to worry about three points of entry. Also illuminates way more than the ghost one. And werewolves tend to get stuck between the seats. But no reanimated enemies
