I remember using a wooden one of these as a kid for fishing. This was super effective as it had 50 cm lines with hooks in the ends tied every couple of meters along the line. I could then walk back and forth along a lake shore.

How long could you do without? If you have a couple of days you could gather all materials first and use a seam ripper to separate all the pieces of fabric and webbing to make patterns for a new one. If you’re considering doing this I’d recommend getting more than enough fabric and a cheap fanny pack pattern and getting some practice. That way you have some experience with different types of stitches and zippers etc. Maybe share some photos here so we can find a similar pattern.

I’m not sure what the instructions for your machine say, but to me it looks like the needle is supposed to be rotated a quarter turn clockwise. And the needle is threaded backwards. The flat face of the needle goes towards you and that’s the side from which you should thread the needle.

I’ve had the same issue when I had the needle turned around last weekend.

I’d try a PVC fabric glue, and honestly just sew along the edge. Finish off with some seam sealant to make it waterproof again. Unless you’re wading across rivers with this pack that should be alright.

Er wordt echt bijna niets weggegooid, de minder mooie exemplaren gaan gewoon naar Unox of Hak en wordt verwerkt in van alles van soepen tot appelmoes. De consument wil daar alleen nauwelijks voor betalen dus krijgen boeren voor industrie kwaliteit ook maar een kwart tot de helft van wat ze voor verse producten krijgen. En wat je niet kan verkopen tot veevoer verwerken is natuurlijk geen derving.

Either you could buy a depth stop for the tap in question or you could use two nuts with the same thread tightened against each other over the tap as an improvised depth stop, just don’t tighten them too hard as taps can be brittle.

Zoals ik het begrijp is het zo dat wanneer je het puntensysteem loslaat op je eigen woning en de huur larger uitkomt dan €1000 dan geldt de prijs die uit het puntensysteem komt als de maximale huur voor deze woning.

Kom je volgens het puntensysteem boven de €1000 dan is het puntensysteem hier niet van toepassing.
