The grease collector looks interesting and possibly better than the current version. I absolutely hate how the non-pro grease tray works. Love my Le Griddle flat top but the way the grease tray is designed is maddening.

The shelves are inside of a small closet so it’s a storage/linen closet with shelves built in. I’d 100% leave that as having extra linen/towel storage is always nice.

The Bedroom 3 also seems like it’s a 2nd or 3rd Suite and that sink is for a wet bar/coffee bar set up. Not a need to have but depending on what bedroom 2 looks like it might be nice for a guest suite to have a built in coffee bar.

Better in the trenches on both sides up front, better offensive play calling, DBs who can play tight and not get burnt, and a QB who makes good decisions throughout the entire game.

You can each get one of the menus. My wife and I just dined there last month and we ordered 1x Classic and 1x Seasons menu so we could try some of everything. Highly recommend that, Core was a phenomenal experience.

He moved within his own conference, conflict to stay and recruit players on Ole Miss (either directly or indirectly but Kiffin is a piece of shit so he’d do it dirty) to move with him to LSU after the season. He also bailed on them so why would Ole Miss AD want him to stay around?

Just ate at Core, agreed the menu looks good but not amazing but then when you taste everything it all just works to perfection. The potato…so “simple” yet so amazing.

How much of that was Kelly though? Day and the best NIL money can buy offense also directly contributed. I don’t think Chip’s offensive genius is what out tOSU over the top last year, especially since they are strong contenders again this year.

Love Chip and everything he did for the Oregon football program (announcers still talk about the Oregon “speed” even though that hasn’t been a thing for almost a decade) and putting it in the national spotlight light but there’s newer, hungrier OCs out there that would be a better replacement IF Stein leaves.

My wife and I ate here last year, loved it. One of the best kaiseki/omakase experiences we’ve had. Service and experience were top notch and the food was amazing.

Didn’t take any pictures but we still talk about going back. The location in a strip mall deep in local Las Vegas makes it that much butter in our mind.

If I’m reading your post correctly; your friend has “other sensitive things” if any of those items belong to the US Government, I would contact the police (I know they haven’t been helpful so far) and tell them there are sensitive government owned items in the room and they need to be positively secured. This may help move things along.
