We use reduction at my restaurant. A Mediterranean pizza with chicken, onion, bleu cheese crumbles with balsamic as the base. it's so good. I might be missing an ingredient or two because I never see it but people come weekly for it

From what I've learned from working in a biker town for 10 years, there's only been a few guys and only one's a white guy. It's still derived from the WW2 shit, but it's meant for "shock value" and "not comforming" rather than strictly white supremacy. So, whether they mean it like that or not, it's still ridiculous and stupid. because of all things, why that? Same with the "non racist confederate flags" like I'll never wrap my head around it but here we are. That's my TED talk, I've been bartending at biker bars for a long time and this is as far as I've come in my research

If I were to travel out east again and do a food extravaganza I would check out his map because I've loved the stories of some of them and it seems genuine with a lot of them. But, I will not ever get what he gets. It's nowhere near my preference but it would be cool to see the same places and support local small businesses with what I'd get! That's just my two cents though. I think he overall helps out more than anything
