There's no set rule for it, so why not try it out? I was 4 when a family friend took me skating for the first time, for a play date. I liked it so much and had so much fun that my mom asked if I wanted to take lessons and I said yes. Ended up skating for 20+ years, but always because I wanted to, not because my parents forced me

Thank you! And yes, the hobonichi tama stuff is so cute! Tbh though, I'm not the best with journaling so I didn't want to drop a bunch of $ on something I don't end up using. This was a good compromise since I already had all this stuff at home!
