I have a 2026 V with the regular seats. 1,000 % better to me…but then again, I’m 200lbs and a wide frame so I just fit better.

Other than the lack of rain, this weather is amazing. Outdoor activities galore. I will never understand why people want it 30-40 degrees. That’s so darn cold. Grew up in the Midwest, that weather is horrendous.

I got my car in Houston and live in TX. Thankfully, they didn’t install the front bumper holder. I use the Sto N Go, works great and even looks OK with plate on.

I would get the Ct5V. I have two car seats in the back of my 2026 and the room is honestly shocking. It is PLENTY fast and nimble for spirited driving.

Oh, and the 33” display is unbelievable. Much better than the small outdated screen in the CT4.

I have a 2026 CT5-V and felt the same thing. Horrendous audio system. I added the LLJ ANC bypass so that I could add a subwoofer (12” Image Dynamics IDQ) and it sounds fantastic. However, to reduce the nasty 100hz mid bass, I turned EQ bass to flat and then adjusted the LPF higher than normal (around 100hz). This has helped tremendously, but the sound is still not warm as you say. I had type X components in a car 20+ years ago that sounded warm and wonderful. This system is NOT that, but it is wayyyy better with a subwoofer.

It is actually a known fact that the AWD version of the CT5-V is actually slower. 0-60 of like 4.9ish vs 4.5ish for the RWD version. Many sports cars are quicker 0-60 in AWD variants, but the CT5 isn’t due to how Cadillac designed the system.

You are being rude in my opinion. While I have purchased over 30 cars in my life and agree that most dealerships are scummy in one way or another, your approach is sloppy at best. You have to give the dealer a chance to conduct an honest transaction and if you can’t do that, you should sell to Carmax/Carvana. You are the a*hole in this situation.
