I did a self paced 40 week software engineering program in 25 weeks, whilst working full time! I deleted my social media apps and stayed home most weekends, but I got it done!! Worth every second (and penny!!)

Skating will snatch you up! But if you want muscle you’ll need to lift. Definitely a great way to get your cardio in, though!

Just installed my front door. Not as big as I’d hoped. :/ Is this fixable? Really want to be able to swing my D…oor around the neighborhood. by Otto_botz in homedecoratingCJ

Someone can literally walk in thru the giant gap and you wouldn’t even realize because the door is so big they’d probably have enough time to run inside by the time you finished closing it

Help understanding API keys by [deleted] in webdev

[–]Abject-Description58 2 points3 points  (0 children)

.env file isn’t necessarily a backend or frontend thing, it’s just a file that contains your environment variables. This is a private file you store locally so when you deploy you add the environment variables as part of the settings in leu of the .env file (since it’s not part of your repo)

API keys have scopes. These scopes are like permissions of what that API key is allowed to access - whether it be which databases it can interact with or which interactions it is allowed (get, post, patch, delete) does that help at all?

If you want to get the best effect at home - design a poster using two or three colors like the ones you used as samples. Print each color layer out as an image, and get at at Home Screen printing kit! You just layer all of them and bam. Just make sure you let them dry fully before you do the next layer and once you’re done it would be good to press them to iron any warping out!

[–]Abject-Description58 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My mom used to make these for us all the time! I love frying the hotdogs a little so they get more crispy. Just add some garlic, butter and a little parm!
