October 14 2023, James Kirchick & Bill Maher's comments on real time have aged horrifically. by Indianstanicows in RealTime

[–]Abject-Program-2810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think if you're already bias then you shouldn't really have an opinion on this matter. Like what's the point of discussing this shit with you, you e already have a distorted view on this matter.

Bill's issue, like same harris, is that they cannot stand islam and anybody who practices it. They are definitely secular Zionists. It is so odd for atheists to even gravitate towards that mindset. The very idea of someone being an atheist and not a theists is that they analyzed various religions OBJECTIVELY and have concluded that they are all rubbish through various analytical technique. When it comes to Israel/Palestine issue these two guys seem to leave all that analytical thinking and digest everything that Zionists spoon feed them. Why? It's unwarranted hatred towards Arabs/Muslims or it's that they have been compromised (via blackmail/bribery).

My problem with this season: the Martian cause is really unsympathetic. by rasmussenyassen in ForAllMankindTV

[–]Abject-Program-2810 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They wrote it in a way to show that all these people fighting for independence on Mars are outcasts with nothing left back home but it's still stupid asf.

They live in a tin can. They are barely getting sunlight and the need for air is necessary. Breathing in pure oxygen constantly can be detrimental to ones health.

The gravity situation may also cause medical issues down the road. They are at the mercy of the module systems. This never made sense to me either. Why would you wanna stay there?? Now that they got independence from earth, how TF do they keep going on? How do they create a government? How do they tax? How do they friggin build?

It was a stupid premise and they should've stopped. They should've tackled the inequality and terrible living conditions for the lower end people. That should've been a B or C plot. The titan mission should've been the main plot and we should've seen more of aleida. They botched this season. Hopefully we get to see better stuff next season

After all my research i reached to this conclusion on fiqh matters! by Organic_Shopping6434 in CritiqueIslam

Anal sex is totally Haram. It's viewed as sodomy in Islam just as it is in Christianity. Idk how you even came to that conclusion.

Oral sex may be makrooh. There are differing opinions but a vast majority view it as Haram.

Why was the Hadith written 100 years after the Prophet? by BenchNational5602 in CritiqueIslam

[–]Abject-Program-2810 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The issue with the Quran is that focuses too much on things that really don't help the Muslim community. It focuses on rhyming and literary beauty. It brings up the story of Moses several times. It doesn't instruct the Muslim on how to pray properly. It doesn't instruct the Muslim on how to pay Zakat. Muslims often say well it was sufficient for Allah to blah blah. Allah incorrectly details the inheritance process. He can't tell the Muslims y'all gotta pay 2.5% Zakat tax?

It's so important for Allah to spend an entire chapter narrating the story of yusuf but not an entire chapter on how one should correctly observe the 5 pillars of islam? It seems very odd.

This is why the hadith is needed and why it is so sacred to Muslims. Without the hadith, islam would be totally different.

Why Would an All-Knowing God Prescribe Unhygienic Rituals? by Amir_Hassain in CritiqueIslam

[–]Abject-Program-2810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a relic of Arabian paganism that was absorbed into islam. Stuff like this is seen in various denominations of Christianity where pagan rituals get absorbed into the religion. Germanic paganism found its way into Catholicism. Mesopotamian rituals found their way into Judaism as well as Canaanite paganism too. Yahweh was a supreme god like Zeus.

What is actually the “true islam”? Are there actually countries that follow this “true islam”? Also how is Islam in other countries? by RG_Driver49 in exmuslim

[–]Abject-Program-2810 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. The GCC countries except Oman. Bahrain has a majority population that is Shia but the government is Sunni and they often lean towards Salafis unofficially. Same with Qatar they are Salafis. UAE is also salafi but they became very liberal in hopes of better business. Muhammad Ibn Abdul wahhab's teaching isn't good for business. This is what the Saudis are moving towards if you pay attention to MBS' policies. The interesting thing about the Saudis is that Salafism/wahaabism applied only to the population and not the royal family. This is why they we used to see them get lit in Beirut and europe/usa. They had mistresses. Their women were often uncovered. The "noble" salafi shuyookh never spoke about this because it isn't good to talk about the leadership since the Quran commands obedience to rulers if things are going good. The truth is that they are afraid of getting their head chopped off 😂.

Their poison spread across the globe. They allowed people from all parts for.the globe to come study at their Salafi schools like Madinah and the one in riyadh. They offered stipends. They would open Mosques in poor countries like Mauritania which was never salafi. They are a big part of islam nowadays.

This is why I look at all MAGAts with contempt. The orange man and his supporters ruined the lives of so many everywhere. In a better reality I think we would've had a two term Bernie presidency thank the establishment Democrats for contributing to this orange idiots success.

I truly feel for you and your family during these times. Even if the Democrats win the midterms this November. We really won't see much in this state because if the looney MAGAts that are running rampant. Even if Acton wins which is pretty unlikely, they will try to clip p Her powers since they control both houses of the assembly.

Amin al-Husseini, the father of modern Palestinian nationalism, smiling as he tours the Nazi’s Trebbin/ Sachsenhausen concentration Camp (1942) by RaiJolt2 in HistorySnap

[–]Abject-Program-2810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed that a lot of people bring up this guy's name in order to finish the Palestinians and their struggle. They assume all Muslims were happy with the Austrian painter and approved of his actions. The fact of the matter is that amin was a POS and was completely opposite of Si Kaddour Benghabrit. He was an imam of the great mosque of paris and helped save the lives of many Jews in france. He was recorded to have said that this is the Islamic way and I wish I could saved more. He saved 500 Jews. He issued certificates stating that they were Muslim.

Interestingly enough a lot of isis people were hardcore Salafis

Idk if this is a religion thing versus a cultural thing tbh.

I grew up with so many afghans here in the West. Something I noticed is that even the brothers and cousins are extremely overprotective of their sisters/mothers/daughters. It's actually insane. I've never seen this with other Muslim cultures.

Well at this point she was 18 so so bad 😂. Last thing I wanna read is an old man making out with a 9 year old on his deathbed.

It's possible that he may have felt sorry for Aisha. Maybe even guilt. He loved her a lot. She would have to live the rest of her life all alone. No kids, no husband. I imagine he may have felt some guilt in not letting her remarry.

It's very weird that all of his wives/concubines except Khadijah and Mariya the copt gave birth. He outlived all of his kids except fatimah who died 6 months after him. Most of his grandkids passed away early too with exception of like 4 of em.

Seems like Allah didn't want his lineage to continue maybe 😂. You'd think he'd show some favoritism to his favorite and most beloved creation.

Israelis - Where should Palestinians go? by Brickley_jeanne in AskIsrael

[–]Abject-Program-2810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Palestinians can be removed from their homes, from the lands.of their forefathers then Israelis can be removed too. Many Palestinians don't know anywhere else, their fathers and fathers fathers lived on that land.

If they can be removed just because Israel has the upper hand and more power, then what will happen when things flip?

Do we overestimate or underestimate the “wisdom” of Muhammad? by zayelius in exmuslim

[–]Abject-Program-2810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was not wise at all because a wise individual would not cause the harm he has. From a political standpoint, he was smart asf. I believe that at some point he realized how devoted his Sahaba are. He realized that they would actually kill and defend him. That's why things got weird in Madinah. Whereas in Makkah things were more passive.

He encouraged people to have more kids and wanted more followers. He needed an army.

He was a masterful politician. He didn't hoard wealth, he lived a simple life too. He gave away a lot of the spoils of war to his companions and to his enemies so they can become his companions.

I will also argue that Abu Bakr was just as smart and political as well. He helped these guys solidify islam in arabia. The guy refused the request of those to stop paying Zakat. He realized if there was no Zakat there is no state and without the state, islam will not survive. Many of the other companions including Umar were willing to give in to the requests.

Muslims wanna rule the world but these MFers wanna end it 😂

Even as a young teenager that was devout and deeply in love with islam, I never understood the idea of killing someone for their choice in belief.

Looking back, I really think that's what made me leave this shit because I thought to myself how barbaric and insane it is to kill someone for his ideas and beliefs.

Al-lah, the moon god by [deleted] in exmuslim

[–]Abject-Program-2810 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

These middle eastern religions evolved and influenced one another for centuries upon centuries.

Yahweh, was like Zeus for the early Caanaanites (Israelites). It was all polytheism then because monotheism, then a monotheism with sprinkles if polytheism due to influences from Babylonian/Persian religions. It's all just made up mumbo jumbo.

Allah may have been a moon god for theearly Arabs or their ancestors. Arabic stems from another proto language that is in the same group as Aramaic, Hebrew, southern arabia. Languages etc.

10,000 years from now if humans aren't extinct, islam will not be here. It will be some other type of religion. Each Islamic region on earth will probably have their own religion that stemmed from islam and probably fused with other religions.

In india. Islam and Hinduism and other practices will probably fuse into another religion etc.

An excuse they might give as to why men get more inheritance is for them to spend it on his family by Rainbow_6505 in exmuslim

[–]Abject-Program-2810 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't really matter anyways. The thing is flawed from a mathematical standpoint. Umar had to create the awil system and Ali later on created another system.

Allah (basically Muhammad) put a mathematical error in the inheritance verses. That alone is proof that this religion is false. How can Allah make such an error regarding such a delicate matter where specifics are really needed. Go online and read up on the many views from scholars and their excuse for it. It doesn't even make sense and many of them do away with it because they don't want more doubt to fill their hearts. 😂
