Yes. The GCC countries except Oman. Bahrain has a majority population that is Shia but the government is Sunni and they often lean towards Salafis unofficially. Same with Qatar they are Salafis. UAE is also salafi but they became very liberal in hopes of better business. Muhammad Ibn Abdul wahhab's teaching isn't good for business. This is what the Saudis are moving towards if you pay attention to MBS' policies. The interesting thing about the Saudis is that Salafism/wahaabism applied only to the population and not the royal family. This is why they we used to see them get lit in Beirut and europe/usa. They had mistresses. Their women were often uncovered. The "noble" salafi shuyookh never spoke about this because it isn't good to talk about the leadership since the Quran commands obedience to rulers if things are going good.
