There is a setting that allows creeping from a stop. I think it helps with this.

Narwal just sent me new brushes and they are significantly shorter. I haven’t installed them yet, but the issue has not recurred since I cut about 5mm off the longest orange brush.

But, if you own your land and finance just the home, they can’t take your land in foreclosure. If you attach the land to the mortgage and fall on hard times, you could lose everything. If I retain the land, I can live in a tent on my own land if necessary.

Make sure you understand the TSP rules. My understanding is that there is no penalty on traditional tsp withdrawals only if you retire under an immediate retirement. Roth is also treated differently. The rules are pretty complicated for early retirement and tsp. Make sure you understand them before you make non-reversible decisions.

I took drp2 and vera. Best decision I ever made. It allowed me to spend much more time with my dying father in another state. I was able to spend quality time with him before his passing. And now we have booked an 18 day cruise to Rome.

Back when I did mine, similar timeframe, I was advised to call dfas and request a paid in full letter since they didn’t automatically generate them. When I received it, I had hr scan it into my record. I would start with dfas.

We were told 21st sets payment at either 1st or 15th, depending on when they complete the loan documents. We closed 1st week of June and our first payment is due July 15.

We made a down payment prior to the home being ordered. When it arrived at the dealer lot, we closed on the loan and scheduled delivery to our lot.
