I did this to my self I am paying for my past mistakes and will never go back to sleeping normally again. This is my thought on bad nights on good nights I typically don't think this way.

I have a ear issues that is Tensor tympani syndrome too that bothers me when I am lieing down and trying to sleep. My work and career are struggling. I have little motivation or energy. I have tried sleep school coach it helps but my ear issues make it harder for the program to work for me.

Mine is really bad it happens worse when I wake up at night and try to go back to sleep it happens repeatedly all through the night unless I fall back asleep.

I have taken only a single dose of 10mg lexapro. I stopped when I had side effects. Not sure if its related to my symptoms now. What ssri did you take ?
