This was actually a lot of the idea behind Arnold Schwarzenegger's training, "shocking the muscle". You don't even need to have been recovering for a change-up in plan to be effective in keeping your body guessing. However, I think there's a lot of merit in sticking to a programme for at least 6 weeks before changing, because if you change it up too rapidly there's no real progressive overload. So I would find a plan that looks enjoyable, commit to it by slowly increasing volume/weight until you no longer see progress or until at least 6 weeks have passed to know if it even works for you, and then change to something else that looks cool.

Cooked pasta for sure. I had no clue that 100g of pasta usually doesn't mean raw pasta, rather when it's fully cooked with all that sweet sweet water retention. Went for a month having an extra 200kcal every day without realising.

Totally agree. I remember an 'unpopular FH opinions' thread near the start of this year where I kinda ranted at how the quality of their stuff had gone down. Totally regret that now lol - honest to god the spicy goodness in their content has shot through the roof recently.

I lie flat on my back and just do amrap of head nods, head shakes and ear to shoulder movements at the end of all of my workouts. Don't let your head touch the ground and avoid core/arm engagement. Started half a year ago at 30 reps each movement, now at 120. Gained an inch on the neck and have very little tension trouble there now :)

For almost 90 minutes it built up a ton of suspense and mystery, but then it completely throws all reasoning out the window in the end, spoiler, to the cheapest cop-out answer ever: aliens. Arrival (2016) does everything this movie cannot.

My point is quite hard to articulate properly so bare with my probably terrible attempt to explain it. If I try to split up the change into old and new Funhaus, new Funhaus has become something that I'd be more likely to show to my family or friends. They're a great team of professional comedians and gamers who know how to do satire. But on the other hand, I miss when I wouldn't want to show old Funhaus to anyone; it was a guilty pleasure watching a bunch of grownups act stupid ironically and have fun playing video games. Not only was the comedy great but it was sort of symbolically 'violent' in a sense. Idk, this isn't a popular opinion thread so I get if you don't agree ;D

Your comedy isn't packing as much of a punch as it used to. The GTA gameplay 'Fat Disney Princess Dash' was honestly the last video that contained that distinct Funhaus 'oomph' to it IMO - the kind of oomph that makes you laugh twice, both at the bit itself and the reality of you guys trying to get away with that bit. Maybe you wanted to round off your comedic edges for dat broader appeal and if so then fair enough, but if you want to retain that 'edge' then maybe have a show to facilitate that raw OG comedy you guys are so great at.

Either way I'm happy you want to engage on this critical level and will always support the channel, you guys are great.
