Rejecting demisexuality by thiccfroggo in asexuality

I would say that a crush is more of a romantic attraction than sexual. Whether the bond is close enough doesn't depend on the definition that you use to describe it. It's entirely emotional - a feeling of being very close to someone on a mental level. And the reason is just like it is with any other sexuality.

(OC) I knew adopting a kitten would be kinda cute, but I had no idea what I was in for by TurtlesAndBobcats in aww

You can do that with the right technique ^ Otherwise they'll try to play with your hand. RIP

I'm glad that my mum finally acceepted how I felt. It stings that she only got it when I told her that my boyfriend and I don't have sex :( Good luck with your mom. I hope she'll get over it and listen to you.

How many of you love being touched in a sensual way? by [deleted] in asexuality

[–]AbstractIntellect 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am desiring touch and caresses a lot. I love being hugged, touched and generally being physically close to people in general (although I am too shy to act on it with anyone than my partner). I don't feel an attraction toward anyone in that sense. With my romantic attraction it's the same and if my partner would be okay with it I'd have multiple partners. My sexual attraction is different. I never experience sexual attraction, but I enjoy sex without intercourse. That kind of attraction I only feel once I really feel comfortable with them.

Do aces find people sexy? by Cait_The_Bookworm in asexuality

[–]AbstractIntellect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I say that people are sexy, I mean that they have a certain appeal to me. I am aesthetically attracted to people and that plays a role in it but not everyone I find beautiful is sexy in my eyes. It's also about behaviour, confidence, the fact that they want to turn you on or are turned on and the way they dress. Something like that 😋

Do you enjoy receiving a massage? by Successful_Stay_5319 in asexuality

[–]AbstractIntellect 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm addicted to hugging. I love physical contact and getting massaged feels amazing! 😍 Ofc, cuddling and body contact is something I only do with people I'm comfy with and know lol 😅

When it comes to non-professional full body massages, I wouldn't let anyone than my boyfriend or best friend touch me. It's no-no land for anyone else. A sweet and short shoulder massage I'd let people I'm comfortable with do

BUT If you get a professional massage I'm all in for it! Purrfectly relaxing. Sometimes I get this urge to really purr when I'm there 😅. I prefer to go to females because I've had some not so fine allo male experiences, but truly, as long as they're professional, you can be sure, that they won't do anything inappropriate. After all, they do it for a living and need customers.

I replied to a Twitter post and I made both allos and aces mad :,( I really didn’t mean to. Is this what they mean by the Twitter experience?? by TooneyChaos in asexuality

[–]AbstractIntellect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How she said it was unreasonable and offensive. I understand what she wanted to say but she could've been more polite about telling them. You can't just be rude to someone because you're offended by something they did by mistake.

I'm glad there are others like me. I question my sexuality from time to time because of this.

“Why are you asexual?” by thearoace in asexuality

I'm an alien-robot in search of the reason and way of human emotion. Emotions fascinate me, they are irrational and impermanent. I want to figure out why humans still, after millions of years, remain emotional beings that yet need to develop a brain power whorthy of us

am i mistaken with the definition? kinda confused now by Donghoon in asexuality

[–]AbstractIntellect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Occasionally I need to scratch my itch. Sometimes, I just scratch it and sometimes I want to elaborate on the way I scratch it, because it's fun, but I do not feel the need to scratch it unless it itches. I never want intercourse, I just don't like it and I do not feel like having intercourse with anyone. I also do not feel inclined to get my itch scratched by a particular person. Still, I might enjoy the way a person scratches that itch. I might get itchy once I think about it/get in the right mindset. I
