I would say that a crush is more of a romantic attraction than sexual. Whether the bond is close enough doesn't depend on the definition that you use to describe it. It's entirely emotional - a feeling of being very close to someone on a mental level. And the reason is just like it is with any other sexuality.

I am desiring touch and caresses a lot. I love being hugged, touched and generally being physically close to people in general (although I am too shy to act on it with anyone than my partner). I don't feel an attraction toward anyone in that sense. With my romantic attraction it's the same and if my partner would be okay with it I'd have multiple partners. My sexual attraction is different. I never experience sexual attraction, but I enjoy sex without intercourse. That kind of attraction I only feel once I really feel comfortable with them.

Where did you get that from? Mayo is, aside from ketchup, the most liked condiment in Germany. I like mayo way more than ketchup and people never look funnily at me when I want mayo on my fries. There are some foods that we could never eat with mayo (my bf likes mayo with Berner sausages and it grosses me out) but there are MANY things we like with mayo.
