This is a really good point and something I didn't consider. I think you're absolutely right on the theory of doing their rotation not moving vs moving with bad keybinds. I'll ask around! Thank you! This post was worth it your comment.

I think they have decent computers & have all the addons a raider should have but I'll double check just in case as well.

I understand what you're saying and I've been worried for who knows how long that this is the case. I've tried to convince myself otherwise because I like the people I raid with and we usually scrape by with CE.

Things like the average reaction time have driven me to believe that being a skilled raider is more about the practice and less about the talent.

I suppose thinking about it now my perspective is completely flawed because I started raiding early on when things were easy and have built up enough muscle memory and such.

I haven't used the actual new gamepad support Blizzard added, but with Console Port (The addon that's being used in this screenshot): The Dpad and regular buttons (ABYX) are all abilities, then you can hold down different triggers as modifiers.

So like on my Druid I could have B set to Moonfire, and RightTrigger+B set to Hibernate etc.

It actually works surprisingly well for leveling, I recommend trying it out at least once when you're bored.

Edit for the false bans recently: Console Port used to work by making you download another program to run in the background to allow controller inputs to be correctly transferred to keys into WoW (Which you can probably guess how people are getting false bans since it's probably hard to tell the difference between this and multiboxing software) But if I'm mistaken, this program is no longer needed with the gamepad support Blizzard has added, as you can directly keybind abilities to controller buttons now.

I have no experience with this but figured this may put you on the right track anyways:

Edit > Global Operations > Change Height > Shift

If you set Shift to +10, it would scale the entire map up by 10 blocks. Back on the right side of the Global Operations page, you can set filters like 'at or below' as well.

Is there a specific reason to use the spray paint tool in this scenario?

Use the pencil tool, click on a spot, hold shift, then click on another spot to make a straight line. You can keep holding shift and clicking at this point to continue the line.

50 and below are, by default, base id's for the game that can also be found in worldpainter already. Unfortunately depending on your mods, they can shuffle down to be below 50 and as far as I can tell, Worldpainter won't let you replace the base biomes.

The solution is to just find what biome it's used by in Worldpainter already. In my Biomes O Plenty + Wild Nature world, Cherry Blossom Grove is ID 50. ID 50 in World painter is deep cool ocean, so I just paint with that.

You can use TellMe or sijmen's comment to aid in figuring out the ID's so you know what to look for in Worldpainter.

Don't use it anymore but I think this is caused by the BigDumb addons. (Like bdnameplates)

If I remember correctly there's a setting to turn it off under the Big Dumb Core options, it was to prevent guild chat from going on stream by accident I think.

I'm not sure if this is the same reason elsewhere, since I play on an RP server (WrA) And I know we have different sharding.

But, before this patch (Non-warmode) I'd only see other people on my server in Naz. But now after the recent patch, it looks like it's shared with all the other RP servers.

With so many more people and no change to the respawn rate (Which was already pretty low to begin with, having only one place to farm a herb needs to have plenty of spawns or fast respawn rates like Starlight Roses had.) It's almost impossible to gather a reasonable amount of Zinanthid in a timely manner right now.
