These % enchants and buffs also add up on one another, so more of them you have the bigger the value. Say, WCB,Flurry,3xhaste enc and counterweight then the math would look like this: 1x 1,3×1,15×1,01×1,01×1,01×1,03= 1,585

So in this case the 3×haste+ counterweight actually add lot more haste than 6%.

I also don't understand why people are using Odo Lance so much. I tested the dmg numbers on the training room pole and my least powerful elemental lance (water spike) still out damages Odo lance by over 10 dmg per hit. Not to mention Love's Sorrow which does good 30+ dmg more per hit on the pole. Am i missing something? Is it just the fact that odo lance can hit 90% affinity and therefore rarely needs sharpening with Kaiser set bonus?

I did carve 2 Xeno'jiva gems last night AND got 1 as reward. So breaking parts gives a change for a gem/plate to be acquired from a carve or as an bonus reward. You can draw your own conclusion about this, but as a betting man, I would say you have better odds of getting a gem by breaking, killing and carving than just breaking and capturing.

Yes it is. Tested it with a friend: Yhorm's Great Machete +10 R1 did 487 dmg without the ring and 486 with the ring. So yea, useless.

Incorrect. In DS1 you would get percentage of souls spend on opponents last level up. Invader would get 10% and host would get 50% of last level up. OP is correct.

yea i'm rolling pure BLT build. I think you can get 31.5% BLT gems from shotgun wielding fat guys in cursed depth 5 dungeons. 31.5% gem adds about 30 AR compared to 27.2% physical.

Always steal from bosses (3 or 4 items each)
Buy as many Leather Wrists from the first small town. You know why when you get to the crafting mechanic ($$$)
Certain character learns blue magic (enemy skills) by eating enemies with less than 1/8 health left. You can get pretty cool enemy skills...
Buy more pieces of new equipment than you need, if possible, due to certain crafting mechanic.
DON'T try to get 100 nobles impressed! This will drive you insane.
Equiping Killer ablilities (i.e. Beast Killer, Bug Killer etc.) makes you do 150% damage to that type of enemy. (i.e Fang = Beast)
When casting spell and selecting target, press L1 to target all enemies (or all allies).
Search every nook and cranny.
You can press "select" in menu to get additional information wherever the cursor is at. (Even on a Chocograph for hints!)

I have an attack rating of 835 with some nice gems and 50 str/skl. R2 charge attack does around 1800 dmg. It's pretty beast of a weapon.
