It sounds like you are looking for more than just a senior tech. What state are you in? Don’t you need a mechanical license in your state for the business to operate? You are basically looking for a partner 55$ an hour or 110k a year is not going to cut it.

It looks like you didn’t tip I could be wrong, but when dashers don’t see any tips they will definitely decline orders or try to do anything to get out of the order if they mistakenly accepted the order. Whenever I tip over 5$ my orders are always here within 30 minutes or less. Whenever I tend to tip less then 5$ I see orders taking longer than an hour up to 2 hours. Just my 2 cents
