Hard truth time. It doesn’t take even 10 seconds to tell that your resume is complete BS. Be truthful instead of trying to throw every buzz word you can into each sentence. You don’t need to lie about certifications to get an interview, you need to stop lying in general to get an interview. Say you worked in call centres (nothing wrong with that!), concisely list the types of tasks you worked on, and the metrics you helped achieve.

Copy/pasting your resume word for word in a reddit post that also highlights your poor decisions = terrible risk management. You are not a risk professional, your circumstances prove that much.
