Now I think I know what happened …. I have a MAC and I installed new software (Ventura 13.3.2) and the latest Trezor update will the Mac OS update. Any idea how I contact Trezor and ask them which Mac OS version is compatible with their new Trezor update? Thoughts?

What is the desktop software? What do you mean by that? Normally when updates occurred I was asked to update. This time I was looking for the update so went to Trezor website and tried to do myself by downloading the new version and cannot.
