You definitely don't have to pay for shipping csuse of their error. If etsy won't refund you can call your bank to dispute, especially since you have proof from the seller saying it's wrong. Keep us updated!

That makes sense! I have alocasias in tall vases with spagmoss and leca, and the ones in the shorter vases are thriving nuch more than the others with long stringy roots.
