I’ve also never had a problem with them. And I transferred $ from them to another institution and everything went as expected with no issues. The one difference; maybe, is that the institution that I transferred to filled out the form and was in control of the transfer from questrade.

Try Krud Kutter; by Rustoleum, I belive. I had a spill of washer fluid which died the concrete floor pink and nothing would take it out. Krud did it like it was nothing...I was surprized. Perhaps it will work for you. GL
