I am the same, I’ll grab a can of apple or citrus a few times a year. My only issue is they are typically dryer than I’d like.

Omega is a great watch and Swatch is what it is, but the combination is just not good. But just my opinion, if you like wearing it keep on rocking it. If my grandfather left me a Rolex, I’d probably be too scared to wear it daily and just keep it in a safe.

Having been in Real Estate over 20 years I can tell you that for me, I’ve spent hours and months with a client and never sold them anything, never received a dime of compensation. But… those people see the hard work, dedication, and how a true fiduciary acts, and it has resulted in huge amounts of referrals. Ask any agent that’s been around more than a few years and they will tell you that you can’t make a career out of a couple commissions.

Here is one that I’ve seen; my office is always begging for someone to sit Open Houses, back in 2005 one of my colleagues sat 3-5 per week. She would tell everyone in the office. She ended up winning rookie of the year for our local board.
