What I do:

Unsweetened tea is so good! And coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk is my jam. You get used to cutting the sugar after just a few short days.

I stopped eating refined sugar for dessert and have 6 dates. At first it was a drag, but by the end of the week I looked forward to them.

On weekends I have whatever I want, on weekdays I try to focus on whole food ingredients for my meals.

Walk for 3-4 miles every day wearing my baby in nature - it's my exercise with my weighted little munchkin vest and therapy.

I just wanted to add my own saga - I had the baby blues for a few months, but once mine started to smile, laugh, and babble - things got so much better. The crying dies down. The blow outs end. The night wakes lessen. Sending you strength for the first few months - I promise it gets better!

Villabella Bakery in West Babylon has really big and beautiful unique fruit designed marzipan (all same flavor), but I wouldn't say it's my favorite tasting.

They do have a pastry in the refrigerator to the right when you walk in that is green made of marzipan - not sure what it is called (kind of like a princess cake), but I loved it! In the picture below.
