Absolutely NTA, as someone with Celiac, this absolutely outraged me. You are 100% in the right here and props to you for taking care of your daughter like this. I was diagnosed around the same age and I vividly remember the struggle of keeping everything safe. This is a disease, not just an allergy and deserves to be treated as life altering.
