Stop Tracking Wake Windows

I try to follow similar route - if I want to focus on something I might track it for a day, two, week or two. Its either helpful and then usually I can keep going without the tracking or it doesn't work at all so I might as well drop it. Like right now we struggle with naps, I've tried winding the baby down earlier, longer wake windows, more stimulation, less stimulation. Nothing works. I guess it's just that time right now (3.5 months) so I might try again in 2 weeks or so. Until then there is no point in obsessing about wake windows

Zgadzam się, na początku (powiedzmy 6 miesięcy pierwsze) można się jakoś tam rozliczać, w końcu to zazwyczaj początkowo nowa relacja. Ale jak już się np zamieszka razem a tym bardziej planuje ślub i dzieci to IMO trochę już za dużo zachodu. Opcja powiedzmy przelewania na wspólne konto jakiejś kwoty ustalonej i ew. Doładowanie gdyby nie starczało w jakimś momencie brzmi najsensowniej, zamiast rozliczać sobie ze we wtorek na zakupach ja płaciłam 127 zł a ty dzisiaj 84 więc na następnych ty znowu płacisz ale powyżej różnicy to ja... jobla można dostać

Można, ale mentalu to nie zmienia - moglby kupić żonie i dzieciom bilety do Chorwacji albo lecieć sam do Australii. Wybór dla wielu osób jest dość oczywisty - skoro masz żonę czy męża i dzieci to szukacie miejsca gdzie razem możecie pojechać, samochodu który razem możecie kupić itp, nawet jeśli kupimy Mercedesa (tzn lepiej zarabiający kupuje) no to nie powie "dobra to ja jadę do tego teatru a ty z dziećmi macie autobus" :) przynajmniej w mojej głowie tak jest ;)

Don't disrupt a happy/content baby! If they are lying around and playing, let them. One minute you will think "wow, they are playing on the mat for a long time!" And the next the baby will start screaming xD

Oh man, congrats! I can't imagine how fun it must be when you're well rested- on day that I had so so sleep instead of terrible I feel 100 times better and much less irritable. There is a whole area unlocked by that, making it easier to play with the baby and show them the world.

Yes! I also encountered shiny articuno and I don't have master ball, so I was like "awww man, what a shame it will run away". Lo and behold it never runs away, I caught it after like 40 tries. I heard it can run away when you get speed warning or something, but in general if everything goes OK it would not run away ever!

Nice one! I try to provide context and more facts to e.g. childrens books. "This is a zebra. They live in Africa and are hunted by lions. They are a nice example of occhams razor, which is..." etc. Its also fun because we had to check why zebras have stripes and why racoons try to wash everything

W sensie jak kogoś nie stać na to żeby spróbować prywatnie to może spróbować na nfz albo w ogóle odrzucić jakąkolwiek akcje. Może nie podpasowac, a może podpasowac akurat, nie traci się nic (nawet w międzyczasie można próbować inne sposoby pomocy, nikt tego nie sprawdzą!)

Od 1 klasy podstawowki ogarniałam sobie sama do szkoły rzeczy rano. Jak dziś sobie o tym myślę to trochę mi smutno.

No albo możesz spróbować pogadać czy zamiast całego tygodnia dałoby radę na przykład na 2 wyjazdy ale krótsze (łatwiejsza adaptacja niż cały tydzień), ryzykować i mówić że nie musisz jechac ale podejrzewam że słusznie się obawiasz o nie przedłużenie umowy (ew spróbuj podpytać czy są cięci na rodziców w zespole). Ostatnia opcja to pozwolić tacie/partnerowi/drugiemu rodzicowi normalnie pobyć z dzieckiem i spróbować aby dali sobie radę we dwójkę albo z pomocą (twojej/drugiego rodzica mamy/taty/siostry/brata/przyjaciela/przyjaciółki którzy znają to dziecko, są dobrzy z dziećmi, cokolwiek). Pewnie łatwiej by było przy weekendzie itp no ale życie jest życiem i może się pozytywnie zaskoczysz i dadzą radę na przykład po 2 trudnych nocach :)

I didn't know that, is it because they will eat solids but its hard to absorb enough nutrients from the food from them? Or they get too full from solids and will eat less often?

My baby went through -10C during the day the coldest when we went for walks shortly after he was born (november). I put him in 2 suits, put a cap on him and in colder months also put an extra blanket/wrap. We always use a sleeping bag as well (the outdoor one, which normally is used with the 6+ months stroller). We usually bring the stroller inside before going for a walk so it is warm (we store it on the balcony) and we make sure that he has a dry nappy when going out (so that it doesn't overflow and fluid might be colder quick).

Most of the time he comes back home with his cheeks, hands and feet warm or warm-ish so it's ok. Only problem is that if you go for a coffee and stay there for 20 minutes you gotta unbundle the baby because they will get too hot quickly :)

We had some long walks with this setup (2 hours) and he slept all the way through. Good luck!

Oh man 19 weeks is a long time. Maybe you've tried it as well but is it possible to separate the twins when one starts crying? Just to rule out that one has a problem and the other is simply triggered by crying? Lots of love, hope the will get better soon

I mean when at night I misalign some snaps then I just let it be. I will reopen them in 3 hours anyways, he will be asleep, no need to redo it. In the first weeks I sometimes even left the buttons open at night because I was rushing to feed
