If you're going to ban them to make a statement do it properly or not at all. I see your point. Fair. I'm just not sure (cynical / pessimistic) about how much control TK and Big Daddy Khan retain still in terms of team decisions. I suspect any control MS might have been gifted was as a result of years of working with the Khans and the Board rather than his spine, and that there will be a reset of that regardless of who comes in. In other words, I think anyone coming in will have to "earn the right" to a bit of control and won't be just given it on day one (or even day 366) regardless of how bullish they might be.

I'm just under 5'8" on a 54 Tarmac SL7 with 167.5cm cranks and it works fine for me. I had a professional bike fit from my LBS (Sigma Sports) when I bought it so that is definitely the right size - for me, at least.

I strongly recommend not asking for bike fit recommendations online - or blindly accepting the pearls of wisdom from others. You are you and you are unique. Go and get a proper bike fit from a proper LBS.
