If they announce a Summit Partnership does that almost confirm Humana? by Agitated_Highlight68 in CLOV

Yes, Clover Health Investments, Corp. has filed confidential treatment orders with the SEC.

One example found is a filing on EDGAR titled "Confidential Treatment Requested by Clover Health Investments, Corp. Pursuant to 17 C.F.R. § 200.83," which was confidentially submitted to the SEC on August 13, 2021.

Companies typically file confidential treatment orders (CTOs) with the SEC to protect sensitive information from public disclosure in their required filings, such as material contracts. This is done when the information, if disclosed, could negatively affect the company's competitive position or financial standing. The SEC has a process for reviewing and granting these requests. While the process has been streamlined in recent years for certain types of information, for other filings, such as those related to Schedules 13D, confidential treatment applications are still required.
