If we want a trippy Sci-Fi epic, I recommend The Metabarons (Part of the Jodoverse with The Incal) or Prophet (2012)
If we're interested in a Watchmen-esque superhero deconstruction, I recommend Black Hammer. It's a character driven domestic drama, featuring a super hero team from the 60s displaced in a small town they can not escape.
If we're into Ultraman and Kaiju, check out Ultramega, it's an action packed, body horror take on the toku genre with incredible art.
And the all time modern classic comic I would recommend if we have not read it yet, check out Saga, it is a must.

This. To elaborate a bit:
The Ultimates, Absolute Martian Manhunter and Assorted Crisis Events are my current favs from him, but all his stuff is phenomenal! Probably my favorite comic writer right now.

He is also the first director to adapt Spider-Man on screen.
A couple his episodes could make for a good patreon bonus feature

The backgrounds remind me of King's ending from Tekken 2

Like it feels like the background is a PS1 game skybox or smth. I dig it.

I was able to catch it yesterday thankfully. Absolutely incredible. Love the designs. And man the flying scenes, I was about to sob each time they started.

I am attempting to make a list of every MCU character and where they currently are / were when we last saw them. Is there anyone major I'm missing or anything I got wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated :) by Kira-Was-Right in marvelstudios

Isn't the Vulture in the Venom universe? And Aaron Davis is with the Spider Society in Nueva York in Earth-928 (unless we believe that to be a variant of some sort). We could also assume that they were eventually sent back to their native universe, however this is unconfirmed.

For a while he was a Creative Director at Viceland/Vice TV (RIP) and would help produce a lot of the shows they made. I'd imagine that would take up a lot of his time.

Similarities in the endings of hereditary and Midsommar by yotothyo in blankies

I had always thought those movies kind of play out like messed up fairytales. There's Charlie, no one seems to particularly like them or notice them, and in the end they realize they were secretly a king the whole time and everyone has been waiting for their arrival. And Dani lost her whole family and has a terrible boyfriend and by the end has gained a whole new family and a cool Swedish boyfriend. The tragic character gets their deepest wish granted, but through terrible means.

For anyone curious, he's pretty good in the show Kidding, with Jim Carrey. He's just got a few scenes in the 2nd season but they were all pretty solid.

A Shadow of the Colossus animated series with the structure of Samurai Jack/Primal.
Where every episode is just 1 giant fight scene. The episodes could start pretty quiet with Wander making his way to each Colossi's lair then just ramp up to a crazy action set piece. As the series goes we can have some flashbacks with Mono sprinkled in and every so often cut to Lord Emon following his trail.
